Old Business
Lee Frederickson presented a review of the committee action of field improvements.   It was discovered that two members who had volunteered to be part of the review committee had not been included in the meeting (Nik Zinsli and George Orphan were added to the committee.)   Committee also includes Lee Frederickson, Dave Pierce, Mark Roddy, Ed Bradley, and Ed Buck.

Committee recommended that Mark Roddy coordinate the installation of donated electrical supplies to generate power for a charging station.  No cost to the club.

Committee recommended rolling the runway in the spring because they feel the risk of ruining the fabric if we pulled it up and relayed it exceeded the possible improvement.

Committee recommended putting a cement slab in the shed.  Review of plans and cost will follow at a future meeting.

Repair of fences and benches could be done during one common work day

Nik called for a motion to elect the slate of club officers for 2015.  Allen Simpson made the motion and it was seconded by Jim Grant.  The motion carried.  The officers for 2015 are as follows:
        President:  Lee Frederickson
        Vice President:  Dave Pierce
        Assistant Vice President:  George Orphan
        (Secretary / Treasurer:  Dan McLaren)
Lead Field Safety Officer:  Ed Bradley
        Field Maintenance Officer:  Lee Frederickson
        Social Director:  Mark Roddy
        Web Master:  Nik Zinsli

Nik – flag on the pole and the Walston plane finder were removed from the field on 11/29 for the winter thanks to Dave Kingma who braved the mud to get back to the field.
Ed Buck questioned why the chairs were left out in the weather.  The answer is that no one had gotten around to putting them under the shelter.  (ed. Note:  chairs were all moved under the shelter on the 7th by Ed Buck, Danny Osborn, Matt Slobe, Mark Roddy, and Dan McLaren.  The inside flag was also taken down for the winter.  Likewise, the mower was taken in for R&R and winterizing and hopefully will be back in the shed before the next snow.)
