New Business:
Nik reminded everyone that there is indoor flying at the WMAA gym on Saturday 2/8 and 2/22.

Nik conducted the annual review of the AMA Safety Rules and the KRAM Field Rules as required by the AMA Leader Club Currency Report.

During the review of the KRAM Field Rules three revisions were made.
Rule E was modified to read “all engines .050 and larger must be equipped with mufflers…”  The rule previously read .032 which made no sense to the group.

Rule L was modified to reflect our current approved flying hours of 9am to 9pm Monday through Saturday and 9am to 9pm for electrics and 11am to 9pm for gas and glow on Sunday.

The portion of Rule S dealing with a special designated area to the east for small scale flying is deleted.

Nik noted we were missing a number of the 2.4 frequency pins and was going to ask Jim Heist if he would make some more for us…

Show and Tell
Matt Slobe showed the 4 Star 40 he had scratch built last spring. Good building and covering job…

Nik showed off little plastic storage boxes (3″ by 3″ by 1″) that he is selling five for a buck…
